Abstract
El artículo explica brevemente las normas relativas a la oferta pública en sus aspectos comerciales y fiscales, para luego analizar los nuevos elementos aportados por la resolución a los viejos interrogantes en la materia. The article briefly explains the norms related to the public offer in its commercial and fiscal aspects, and then analyzes the new elements contributed by the resolution to the old questions on the matter.
